Alkalized COCOA POWDER

Alkalized cocoa powder has an alkaline pH from 7 to 8, while natural cocoa powder has an acidic pH, around 5.

The alkalization process reduces bitterness and improves solubility, which is important for beverage product applications. All of these pH values are considered safe for food use.

Desiccated coconut is derived from shredded fresh coconut meat dried to a delicious crunchy and fibrous texture. Desiccated Coconut is also available in two types, that is,

high fat (minimum 60% fat) and low fat (maximum 50% fat).

 

It does not contain any preservatives or additives.

 

Desiccated coconut is ideally use as fillers, toppings and as ingredients especially, making curry, bakery, confectionery, ice cream, drinks and many more.

VME PEA POWDER

Use of this product in Malaysia currently is limited.

 

Most of the use of this product are on the making of talismans chicken, meat, fish and shrimp among the Chinese community in this country.

 

Use this powder is to provide a finer texture and softness to the floss.

 

Apart from the use of this powder is as a source of protein substitute in health food. However, the use of this powder is limited and not widely used in Malaysia.
